Visitor Management System

We are the representatives for Jolly Technologies. This system includes a Visitor Management Software, which will also cater for personnel.

Visitors are provided with an access card, which is quickly and easily printed on the site using an ID card printer. Each card is unique and provides photographic identification for each individual entering the premises. An e-mail notification to the person concerned may also be sent.

Each person's card is read by a handheld scanner used by the security officer. The scanner records each movement in and out of site and keeps an accurate roll call of exactly who is on premises at any moment. In the event of an emergency evacuation, the gateman takes the handheld to the assembly point where a roll call can be easily taken.
