No JF Security Guard works in isolation.

On larger sites, a supervisor is part of the assignment team and supports the Guards under his or her control. A supervisor makes regular visits on location with one, or a small team of Guards.

In addition to the physical supervision of operations, each member of staff is supported by a 24-hour Control Centre, which is directed towards providing a coordinated system of support to our operations staff.

A two-way radio system providing instant communication between the Guards and our 24-hour Control Centre is also in existence.

Your Guard

Your Guard has a mind that is firm and decisive, a brain that is alert and inquisitive and a character that's helpful and friendly… when necessary. We're sure of this because a psychometric test has already confirmed that your Guard has a positive attitude towards his job.

Much of the job requires using your “head”, but without the application of “heart” when called for, damage to public relations will do more harm than any thief, fire or flood. JF Security Guards are trained to deal firmly, yet politely, with the public. Ultimately, our Guards are ambassadors for your organisation, and a credit to ours.

Our Guards are the base of our organisation. Supported by a highly accessible management structure, our Guards, have responsible management supervision, who are always available when their support is required.

Patrol Management System

The Patrol Management System can provide the proof that our security guards have been doing their assigned duties.

The data recorder records all patrols carried out by our guards and the software provides the accountability required.

After defining the points of inspection, “Stations” are mounted at strategic locations within the site/premises to be patrolled. When the security guard walks the route, the exact time and date of the patrol are recorded.
